Liz commands each stage of the process from fiber to cloth, to finished product. A specialist in hand-felted fabrics, Liz applies her skill and knowledge to customise the felted surface with traditional hand pleating techniques. Felt cloth is folded, pressed and steamed to achieve unique surfaces, which reveal this sumptuous, three-dimensional texture. The outcome are these one-of-a-kind, inspired works of tactile art.
