Beginning at a potter’s wheel, Adam typically throws thick cylinders, which he slices with a wire to produce independent sections. This process completely transforms the clay cylinder from a neat, symmetrical form into something unpredictable and completely unique.
Having trained in his craft since a young age, Adam went on to study ceramics at the Glasgow School of Art and now makes his work from his London studio.
