She regularly draws inspiration from pre-existing narratives from different cultural histories of the past, alongside the rituals, actions and movements of people in our modern world. Whether these movements can be physically seen or not, it is the presence of a feeling that is important. This is reflected in her sculptures through the marks made by the hand and the use of raw materials.
Her work is regularly exhibited across the UK. Chisenhale Studios selected her as one of the young emerging artists for their ‘Into the Wild’ programme in 2014, and she created a sculpture for Elle Magazine’s feminist campaign in 2016. In 2017, she was awarded a residency with the Barbican Arts Group trust.
