Hellebore Vessel by ceramicist, Charlotte McLeish, is a hand-pinched terracotta piece depicting a blooming hellebore flower. This vessel belongs to a collection of decorative works portraying British wildlife, inspired by Charlotte’s childhood spent in the Warwickshire countryside surrounded by ancient woodland and open fields. Charlotte has contemporised classical shapes and motifs by using modern ceramic techniques and her own playful storytelling. The Hellebore Vessel has a glazed interior, allowing it to be used as a vase.
