VIP SALES & CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

In this newly created role & operating out of our Mayfair showroom, you will be responsible for two key areas:

Build and develop relationships with existing clients, offering exceptional service to existing clients and ensuring that their needs are met & their loyalty assured.

Establish, develop and bring to fruition relationships with new VIP customers, supporting the significant growth of this area of the business and building relationships with agencies and intermediaries who are in a position to drive new business to us – including, but not limited to; concierge services, cultural patron & collector groups, private members clubs, private wealth managers, family offices, agents, personal shoppers and personal assistants and lifestyle managers.

You will need to be quick thinking, ambitious, self-motivated and committed to driving sales and delivering an exceptional level of service.

TRADE SALES MANAGER

The New Craftsmen is looking for a passionate, enterprising Sales Manager to join the Trade team, dedicated to the hospitality audience segment.

Since 2012 The New Craftsmen has defined a strong product and service proposition for the trade audience; significantly growing our product portfolio and maker network to be a useful and creative resource for this market.

Today, we work with a wide variety of clients – including interior designers, architects, developers, and hotel groups – enabling them to work with our network of makers to order and commission bespoke works for their projects.

The new candidate will be responsible for building on the brand and infrastructure of our Trade Services offer to further develop a targeted list of prospects, with a keen focus on building relationships and winning business with hospitality clients (hotels, restaurants, coworking spaces).

ONLINE ORDER FULFILLMENT ASSISTANT (CHRISTMAS SUPPORT)

Reporting to the eCommerce team the Order Fulfillment Assistant will carry out packing and wrapping customer orders placed on The New Craftsmen online store. The successful candidate will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is met by maintaining the company’s high levels of customer service and fulfillment standards, making sure orders are packed beautifully, shipped out on time and dispatched accurately with our shipping partners.
