White, black and grey wool with a handwoven fringe. Inspired by a residency at the Bothy Project, these cushions bring to life images from Emily Watts' time living in the Cairngorms in Scotland. Contrasting monolithic natural forms, with simplified design, each piece is a reflection on seclusion and the desire to cuddle up and hide away. This Cairngorm cushion has been created using intricately knitted fabrics imbued with a strong sense of British identity; rooted to culture, process and place.
