Process

Taking inspiration from architecture and the natural world, Malgorzata employs moulding techniques to create hand-carved forms to create her pieces. Jesmonite in subtle shades and textures is poured into moulds to produce pieces that balance the organic and restrained. With subtle colours and tones being so crucial to her work, Malgorzata has developed her own colour palette featuring atonal hues that complement and do not distract from the sculptural forms. Due to the hand-cast manufacture of these pieces, there may be slight variation in the tone and finish of the Jesmonite.
